Maryland to Murano: Neckpieces & Sculptures

Joyce J. Scott is a versatile artist from Baltimore, Maryland. She is a printmaker, weaver, sculptor, performance artist, and educator, but she is best known for her work in jewelry, beadwork, and glass. The exhibition catalog for the Museum of Arts and Design celebrates the expressive use of color in her sculptures and her fantastical, complex collages of jewelry and beading.
