This 2003 annual report (jaarverslag) for a Dutch broadcasting company was themed "Dear VPRO" (Geachte VPRO). The design transforms the report's content into a reaction form—with white comment boxes interspersed throughout the text—inviting readers to write in and share their feedback on the programming. The back cover can be folded over the booklet so it could be mailed back to VPRO with the reader’s responses.
